OVERVIEW

This training course is designed to provide participants with the practical skills and knowledge required to successfully plan, implement, organize and manage a space effectively. In this lesson, members of staff will learn why space planning is important, what it means, what it involves and how the process works within the phases of design. To accomplish this, a complete review of the space is measured and analyzed.

  • When a space is analyzed, we take into account several aspects such as:
  • Configuration and geometry
  • Location of the space in the property
  • Type of space such as dining room or family room
  • Quantity of windows
  • Any architectural elements that may be present

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

OVERVIEW

The training course is designed to assist retail managers, operations managers, buyers and retail executives to better understand the secrets of how visual merchandising is being used by global players to enhance its brand image, improve merchandising skills and improve sales. It aims to assist the store owner, sales manager and staff to meet their objectives by increasing the average sale per customer. This course provides an overview of the many aspects of visual merchandising impacting on today’s traders and retailers.

Participants will better understand how to differentiate themselves from the competition and increase their market share.
